- Now add 1 tbsp Oil to the water, this is avoid stickiness and extra starch in pasta
- Once the water starts boiling, Add pasta to the boiling water
- Stir it well to the pasta to avoid sticking to each other or bottom of the vessel
- Let it boil on a high flame for 2-3 mins, Do not over cook the pasta as it will get mushy, Keep string in between and cook for 2-3 mins
- After 3 mins the pasta seems to be cooked, Check the pasta if its almost done (do not overcook) about 80-0% done then we can turn off the flame. If you can cut it easily with the knife then its cooked
- Turn off the flame and immediately drain it over a strainer
- After removing it on a strainer, immediately pour room temperature water over it to stop cooking or sticking to each other
- Now Heat a Saucepan or a kadhai, Pour over 2 tbsp of Oil
- Add around 1 tbsp of Chopped Garlic once the oil is hot

- The veggies are half cooked now and we can remove them off the flame
- Take another sauce pan to make white sauce for the pasta, keep it on the low flame only and in the sauce pan add 3 tbsp of butter
- Once the butter is melted add chopped garlic and fry it once, Make sure you keep it on low flame.
- Now use a whisker as we add all purpose flour in portion to the saucepan
- Keep stirring continuously with a whisker, with the help of whisker we can avoid lump formation in the sauce
- Now pour in milk in parts, Not all together in portions only and whisk it well to avoid lumps
- Once the sauce is ready add red chilly flakes, Italian seasoning and black pepper powder to the sauce
- Mix it well with the sauce and get it to a boil, and add salt as required
- Once it starts boiling well add half portion of cheese in the sauce
- Mix it continually until the cheese melts completely in the sauce
- Now add all the fried veggies to the sauce and give it a good mix
- Add little water to get a smooth consistency if the sauce is getting too thick
- Once the sauce starts boiling, it’s time to add the boiled pasta
- Mix it really well along with the sauce
