Tamarind Chutney Recipe
This tangy and sweet sauce is perfect for dipping samosas, chaat, and other Indian snacks. With just a few simple ingredients, you can elevate your cuisine and impress your guests.

- 1 bottom vessel
Ingredients
- 250 grams Boiled 250 grams of jaggery in 1 cup of water until jaggery fully melts.
- 200 grams I soaked 200 grams of tamarind in warm water and removed the pulp.
- Punch of jeera.
- Punch of salt.
- Some coriander seeds.
- Punch of chilly powder.
Instructions

- Add jaggery water and two tablespoons of tamarind pulp in a bottom vessel. (We will gradually add more pulp to enhance the taste)
- Include coriander seeds and cumin, and cook for a period.
- Add a punch of salt.
- Please mix it well continuously.
- After some time, add one more teaspoon of tamarind pulp.
- Next, add some chilli powder.
- Please continue mixing it without stopping.
- Mix pulp according to your taste preference until it is well combined.
- Please bring this mixture to a boil.
- You can now observe that the water has started boiling. Check the seasoning, and then remove the pot from the heat.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and allow it to cool before using.
