How to make recipe of thandai at home?

Equipment
- 1 bottom vessel
- 1 Mixer Grinder
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Almonds
- 1/4 Cup Pistachios
- 1/4 Cup Cashews
- 2 tsp Melon Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Cloves, Cinnomon and Nutmeg Powder
- 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Black Peppercorns
- Dried Rosh Petals
- 2 tsp Khus Khus
Instructions
- 250 ml – Milk
- 3 tsp – Sugar (as per choice)
- A pinch of Saffron strands (for colour and flavour) P.S– Use a pinch of turmeric if you don’t have kesar & add Cardomom for flavour
- Mix everything properly
- Please bring it to a boil and turn off the flame; let it cool down to room temperature.
- Thandai Mix ingredients
- Grind all the ingredients together to acoarse powder.
- Thandai Mix is ready.
- Take a tall glass, add some ice cubes, kesar Milk and then add 2.5 tsp of instant Thandai mix.
- Mix everything properly
- Garnish with some rose petals and chopped pistachios
- Instant thandai is ready; serve them chilled!!
