How to make Paneer Satay Recipe at home?

Equipment
- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Frying Pan
Ingredients
- 3 tsp Maida/ All Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Cornflour
- 1 No Small Onion Finely Chopped
- 2 tbsp Roasted & Crushed Peanuts
- 2 tbsp Schezwan Chutney
- 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 2 tsp Cornflour
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Saya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Black pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Red Chilly sauce
Instructions
- Paneer satay recipe ingredients
- Prepare the marination for paneer with Ginger garlic paste, Schezwan chutney, Soya sauce, chilly red sauce, salt, Maida and cornflour.
- Add 2 tbsp of water and keep a thick consistency.
- Mix it properly
- Add salt and water as required to get a thick consistency.
- Add paneer cubes, coat them well in the marination, and let them rest for 30 mins.
- After 30 mins Using a skewer stick, pierce each paneer cube in the sticks.
- Shallow fry the Paneer pieces on low flame until golden brown.
- To cook evenly, make sure to turn each side while frying.
- Take another pan and add 1 tbsp Oil (Using the same Oil used for Frying the paneer)
- Add chopped Garlic and fry them until golden brown.
- Now to this, add chopped Onions.
- Add roasted and crushed peanuts.
- Add Schezwan Chutney, Soya Souce & Red Chilly sauce.
- Mix it sharply
- Add 1/4 cup water in the same marination and mix and add in the sauce.
- Mix it and cook properly.
- Check to season and add salt and spice as required.
- Finally, add honey and Mix it well.
- Now add the Fried paneer pieces and coat them well with the sauce.
- Finally, garnish with some spring onion greens.
- Delicious Panner Satay is ready; serve them hot!!
