How to make chilli paneer at home?
Easy Paneer Chilly Recipe That Everyone Will Love
Equipment
- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Kadhai for deep frying
- 1 Kadhai
Ingredients
- 150 grms Paneer
- Capsicum chopped (you may take red yellow or green capsicum)
- Onions chopped in cubes
- 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
- 3 No green chillies slit in two
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
- Salt as per taste
- 4 tbsp Maida
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
Instructions
- Paneer chilly ingredients
- Mix Maida, cornflour and salt and form a paste by adding water.
- Ensure there are no lumps.
- Heat oil in a kadhai
- Coat each Paneer in the Batter and Deep Fry them.
- Fry them on a Medium Flame for a Minute.
- Remove them to a plate once done
- Take a Kadhai and heat 2 tbsp of Oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add the chopped Garlic, Ginger and Slit Green Chillies.
- Now add Onions and Fry them for 30 seconds.
- Mix everything very well
- Then add Bell Pepper and Toss everything for ½ Minute on a high flame.
- Add Tomato Ketchup, Schezwan Sauce, Soya Sauce and Salt as per taste.
- Mix everything well
- Add 3-4 tbsp of water to form a sauce.
- Add salt as per your taste.
- Add Fried Paneer into the Sauce and cook for 30 seconds.
- Mix everything very well.
- Paneer Chilly is ready to be served!!!
