- 1 Kadhai
Ingredients
- 4 No Onions Finely Chopped
- 2 No Tomatoes Finely Chopped
- 4 No Eggs
- Coriander leaves Chopped
- 1 Piece Chopped ginger
- Curry Leaves
- 2 No Green Chillies chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Red Chilly powder
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander and jeera powder
Instructions
- Egg Bhurji ingredients
- In a kadhai, take 2 tbsp Oil and Fry the Onions till translucent
- Now add chopped green chillies and curry leaves.
- Add chopped tomatoes
- Add salt as per taste.
- Mix everything well
- Add all Dry Masalas
