As a child, I have a cherished memory of Chicken Manchow Soup recipe. It was incredibly delicious, and I was first introduced to it after winning a school Arts & Literary Competition. My parents were thrilled with my success and decided to celebrate by treating us to Chicken Manchow Soup and Chicken Lollipop from our favourite restaurant. It was the first time I had ever tasted this mouth-watering dish.

We rarely ordered food from restaurants during childhood, usually only once every six months or on special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries. This made ordering food a special treat, unlike today, where children can order food whenever they desire. One of our favourite dishes to order was the Chicken Manchow Soup.
Since trying Chicken Manchow Soup at a restaurant, I have become a huge fan and order it every time I eat. Curiosity got the best of me, and I went to the restaurant’s Open Chinese Kitchen to see how it was made. Overseeing the chef, I took mental notes and eventually tried making it myself several times until I gained enough experience.
