How to make recipe Paneer Pasanda at home?

- 1 Mixer Grinder
- 1 Kadhai
Ingredients
- 250 grams Paneer/Cottage Cheese
- 2 No Onions Finely Chopped
- 3 No Tomatoes Roughly Chopped
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Chopped Almonds and Cashews
- 3 tbsp Fresh Cream
- 1 No piece Ginger
- 1 No Green Chilly
- 3-4 No Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- Oil for Cooking
Instructions
- Paneer Pasanda ingredients
- Cut the paneer into thick pieces/chunks, and shape it as desired.
- Slit the paneer pieces from the middle to make space for stuffing.
- For Stuffing – grate the leftover paneer and then add chopped dry fruits, coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, chaat masala & salt
- Now mix it to make a stuffing.
- Suffice each paneer piece with this filling and press gently.
- Make a thin cornflour slurry by adding a pinch of salt and water inch of salt and water
- Coat each piece of panner into the cornflour slurry and then drop them into the oil and fry them on low flame until golden brown
- Remove them from heat once they are fried well on both sides.
- Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
- Add finely chopped onions and fry them until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, make tomato paste – Add tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chill, and the over stuffing in a jar.
- Grind it to a fine paste.
- Once the onions turn golden brown, add tomato paste and saute it well.
- Add salt as per taste and let it cook until the oil separates

- Add dry masala – chilly red powder, turmeric and cumin seed powder.
- Add water as per the consistency required and, mix it well, let it boil.
- Add crushed kasuri methi, garam masala and chopped coriander leaves and mix them well
- Add fresh cream and mix it together
- Mix everything well
- Add fried paneer pieces and coat them with the gravy.
- Cover with a lid and cook them on low flame for 2 mins.
- Check after 2 mins and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
