- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Kadhai
Ingredients
- 1 Onion Finely Chopped
- 1/2 capsicum chopped
- Beans chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes
- 150 grams Paneer grated
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Salt as per taste
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- Coriander Leaves Chopped
- 4 tbsp All Purpose Flour Maida
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- Bread Crumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions

- Take a Mixing bowl and add mashed potatoes and grated paneer.
- Then add finely chopped onions, chillies, beans & capsicum.
- To enhance the flavour of your dish, mix in ginger garlic paste or grated, red chilli flakes, black pepper, chaat masala, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves, two tablespoons of breadcrumbs, and salt to your liking.
- Mix everything and gently knead a dough.
- Now Dough is ready
- Next, Grease your palms with Oil and shape them to desired culet shapes.
- For Coating – Add maida, cornflour, a pinch of salt, and chilly red flakes in a mixing bowl.
- Add water in portions and form a smooth-flowing paste.
- Dip each cutlet into the coating first, then roll them into the bread crumbs.
- Cutlets are ready to fry.
- Heat Oil in a kadhai, and once it’s hot, keep it on medium flame and drop cutlets one by one into the Oil.
- Fry them on low, medium flame until crispy and golden brown.
- Make sure to fry each side thoroughly.
- Once done, transfer them to a paper towel and serve them hot!!
